BofA backs of fees? September 23, 2009

Folks, we’ve all been in situations where we had to bounce a check. Sometimes, it may have gotten out of control. Really? No!!

The bank covers you when you can’t cover your charges, but that doesn’t mean take advantage and don’t be responsible. It gets to a point where it eventually hurts you in the long run.

The bank may close your account due to constant overdrafts and it will go on your credit history. So why let it get there?  It only compounds your financial difficulties more.

Just because Bank of America may be backing off SOME fees, doesn’t fix the underlying issue.

Take control of your finances and if you don’t have the $$$$ to cover it, then hopefully there’s a good reason, just don’t write the check. Bouncing checks is just as painful as Money Loan centers. The more bad checks you write the more painful it will be for you in the future.

It just doesn’t look good on your credit. Spare yourself the grief.

Here’s an updated article on that note.

It is now PLURAL = Banks are curbing some fees, but it may bite elsewhere.
